Human body is composed of a variety of systems and sub-systems. It is always working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and until we went down to the grave. It’s more than that of the world’s wonders. It is the best asset of every man living. We do a lot of works with our body. But how do we take care of this gift that we receive from the most powerful God?

We should take the best care for our body because there are no spare parts of this. We can’t buy the same arms when we lose it. Now, we got a lot of product that seemed to promote longer life and a care to out body. I don’t really take those things. But I’m not saying that those vitamins, multi-vitamins, and food supplements are bad to us. I am just sticking to what I believed that a good lifestyle is enough. And with the guide towards better spiritual health, everything for me is fine.

For me, in order to stay well I preferred not to force my body from doing things that will make me so tired. Always have a break and do some relax. My reason for that is simple. I just don’t want to make my life miserable just by destroying my health. It looks like laziness but it’s not when you do sometimes during a day of work.

Stairway rails could be classified under safety structures inside the house. Generally speaking it could be termed as one of the interior safety structures. It will serve as the barriers for us when we went downstairs especially when we just got up from bed and heading down for meals or to take a bath. It must be stiff and strong to take the pressure of our weight and assure us of being safe from falling.

Sometimes I think of my greatest fantasies. You know stuffs that every guy longs to have. Nice house, cars, businesses, and everything else. Well, it’s not that hard to imagine things or even it’s not like a daydream but it’s more on like a fuel to gas-up myself and push on through the limits until I surpass every obstacles. That’s life and that keeps me on the track and maintains my balance.

Recently my cousin Chy asked my assistance because she wants to have a bank account. She just got a good paying job and because of that, she wanted to save some money for her future use. Well I am glad that she thinks that way because in most cases people tend to outspend their salaries in certain things which aren’t useful. Well I can’t blame those people because it might be their passion that’s why they went to that point. Lol

Which is safe? Gas stove or electric stove? Talking about safety at home, cooking is one of the concerns needed to include in the plans. Lately I’ve been telling about the safety device for our LPG tank. Thought it’s promising to deliver a safety for us but still it is prone to failure which will lead to a devastating damage. I was thinking about buying an electric stove to replace the use of flammable dangerous gas tanks. But, I am not sure of it if it will give me more safety. What do you think out there? Are there a lot of advantages to convince me to buy a new electric stove and replace our old gas stove?

We experienced a whole day of electrical blackout today. The electric power provider is doing some maintenance in our block because according to the lineman that I conversed with, their making some preventive measure against the coming rainy days. They have attached several units of brand new transformers to the posts and they fixed up the lines properly. Well, though it’s a sort of something like disturbance but we are so thankful for they are concerned of what is going on.

I really wanted to have a new monitor as soon as possible and with that I am currently making some plans of what particular brand should I go for. I’ve been browsing for some reviews about LCD monitors and its manufacturers for me to have a clearer view on certain products that would fit my taste. As of this time I am still confused and amazed of the very wide selection of LCD monitors. Well, still there’s a conflict with the budget (as usual).

Household cleaning has been the most tiring job at home. I always found myself sleepy after cleaning and seemingly out of energy. I used to grab a nap after cleaning the house because it feels like all of my energy was drained. Well that was when we don’t have the vacuum cleaner. It takes almost half of the day to finish cleaning our house but when we purchased the vacuum cleaner, we noticed that it only took us around 2 hours to fix everything. Now, it’s less tiring and also it save time so we can avail to have more naptime.

It’s been a big “?” for me of why is it that my front audio I/O panel is not working at all. I’ve been wondering for so many times of what could be the reason for this. I tried all the possible things that I know but nothing happened. I left it as it was for a couple of months ago but this time I was so bothered of how I can fix this one. Good thing that I found the relevant answer over the internet. Immediately, I googled it up with a specification of my motherboard’s name and YES I got a help. It was a simple configuration in the BIOS. An option inside the south bridge chipset configuration must be switched to another one. There I found the front panel support type which in default is set to HD Audio. It must be switched to the AC97 to enable the use of the front panel audio I/O. I made it and it was really working now. I was thankful to the help of the generous guys over that forum which I just forgot the site’s name.

I went over an internet café nearest to our place yesterday. It was just for fun. I was trying to checkout some news stuffs out there. Recently that internet café seemed to be a talk of the town because of its “new units”. That’s why I immediately went over the café. Well they were right and I think they availed the newest, hippest trend all over the town. I am not familiar with the right term for those PC’s but to figure it out, it’s like a computer unit with a coin slot which controls the PC usage of the users. A 1 peso coin will reach about 5 minutes of PC usage; surfing, gaming (online/offline), or even chatting. It was fantastic because it’s like you’re the one controlling your time. Of course a proper network set-up is there that’s why the units are always full of users. That was totally a great mode of internet café.
