Active smokers are the ones who held that stick of cigar into their mouth. Passive smokers are the ones doesn’t smoke but is exposed to people who does and so he/she might inhale the hell of that cigar as well. Now, the scenario here is that active smokers are seemingly passive killers or barely suicide bomber who can drag someone into a very tragic death.
